MD: To reply to this suggestion, I had the idea to develop something like a "differential economy" which should be adapted according to some sort of "degree of Need", but I fear that this would create some sort of "gaz plant", you know, with many tubes, pipes, etc. Housing can be directly included to the "Needs List".
